- OEM Requirement: Manufacturers (OEMs) are required to submit an undertaking on the MTCTE portal confirming that the equipment does not support the specified parameters for each relevant entry.
This exemption aims to streamline compliance under MTCTE and facilitate smoother certification processes for the LAN switch products.
