As per the memorandum, the processing of Dealer Possession License (DPL), Non-Dealer Possession License (NDPL) and Manufacturing & Testing Licenses has been suspended with immediate effect. What happens to your applications and fees?
All existing and new applications for these categories will remain suspended until further notice. They will subsequently be processed under a new regulatory framework and revised rules. Any application fees you have already submitted will be adjusted in accordance with the upcoming framework.
