South Korea’s MSIT has issued Notice 2026-10, increasing PSD limits in the 5925–6425 MHz band to support advanced indoor wireless technologies.   Key Changes  Increased Power Spectral Density (PSD) limits  Introduction of a linearly decreasing PSD profile  Enhanced limits for indoor use in 6 GHz band Scope & Compliance  Applies to indoor wireless devices using the 6 GHz band

Key Changes 

  • Increased Power Spectral Density (PSD) limits 
  • Introduction of a linearly decreasing PSD profile 
  • Enhanced limits for indoor use in 6 GHz band

Scope & Compliance 

  • Applies to indoor wireless devices using the 6 GHz band 
  • Applicable within the Republic of Korea 
  • Only for devices not yet tested or type-approved 
  • Previously approved devices remained under existing regulations
