The Annual Return (AR) filing of Plastic waste for FY 2025-26 is currently not operational on the Centralised EPR Portal.
- The revised Annual Return (AR) filing timeline will be announced after the AR module is launched.
- The extended lapse period for PIBOs and PWPs will also be announced once the AR module is fully functional.
No penalties (Environmental Compensation) will be applicable until the AR module is made operational and the revised timeline is notified by CPCB.
All concerned entities are advised to monitor CPCB notifications and be prepared for timely compliance once the portal becomes operational.
