MoEF&CC Extends Used Oil EPR Return Filing Deadline
The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) has extended the deadline for filing returns under the Used Oil EPR framework for FY 2024–25. This extension follows representations from industry stakeholders, based on which the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) recommended revising the earlier timeline. Applicability:
This extension applies only to return filing for FY 2024–25 under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules.
