The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has officially extended the annual return filing deadlines across all three major EPR portals for FY 2025–26.
New Deadlines
| EPR Portal | Revised Annual Return Deadline |
| E-Waste Management | 30 September 2026 |
| Tyre Waste Management | 30 September 2026 |
| Battery Waste Management | 30 November 2026 |
Why does this matter?
The extended window provides additional time to ensure that your statutory filing, target fulfilments, and return submissions are complete and accurate before filing on the online portal.
Timely filing is important, as delays or non-compliance with applicable EPR requirements may lead to Environmental Compensation (EC) or other regulatory action.
If you haven’t yet completed your FY 2025–26 post-compliance activities, now is the time to act. Use the extended deadlines to close all pending requirements accurately and without last-minute stress.
