This is to inform you that Induction hob will be transition from the voluntary to mandatory regime of BEE from the next year in the July month. The mandatory BEE star labelling requirement will be effective from 1 July 2026.
For general knowledge, products covered under BEE scope include:
- All types of countertop induction hobs
- Products commonly called induction cooktops or stoves
- Products meant for household or similar use, with cooking zones
